So...started running a couple of weeks ago.

Only on treadmill with incline before i take it to outdoor training.

Was convinced treadmills in the gym were set to KM...but no no, they're set to miles. no wonder i've been shattered after the gym!!

Got my Iron Gym and am very impressed to find simple well thought out diet advice in the manual.

12 fish oils, 11 animal pak tabs, 9 animal flex tabs, 6 BCAA tabs and 3 ZMA tabs before bed are a whole lot of tabs.
hard to remember to take them all every day though

ate around 4 breasts of chicken today, 250g of bacon and a 10 oz steak.
    meat tastic.

    lol,

I had animal pak before, you look like some drug addict with the little baggies.

Do you find much of a difference with all the supps?

    I sleep better with ZMA
i dont get knee joint pain with fish oil/animal flex.
jury;s still out on animal pak.
gonna take it now for 30 consecutive days and see how it goes

That lad is ridiculous. Hopefully he'll snatch four big red plates at some point. Apparently he doesn't compete though. Wonder why they didn't show any of his jerks.

THat's a big ask!! The biggest comp snatch of all time was 216kg by Krastev. Mendes needs to do 225kg for 4 reds.

Why, cos he's sucha sick powerful freak-a-zoid??? 250's only about 72% of his max. Throwing it around for quick 3's really wouldn' be a big deal to him...

What weight was Krastev. I think Rezazadeh was 160kg, 30kg more than Mendes. A few years and few kilos could make a big difference.

Seen some jerks, seems to be his weak point.

Krastev was superheavy too, dunno exact weight tho.

And I'd love a 230kg jerk as my weakpoint. The bast@rd!!

While it's a well thought out post, that guy is going to be in SERIOUS trouble when the apocalypse comes...

He should forget about wasting his time online and buy himself a copy of the Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brookes.

Haha just read the rest of the thread, that's a quality book right there, also the 2nd book by Max Brooks: World War Z, is even better, I'd recommend them highly - you don't need to have read the survival guide in order to read WWZ.
