    I got the small metal one.

    Just a word of note for anyone buying off amazon. The coloured plastic ones (Snack Jar or something) are only suitable for chilled food. But metal for hot stuff

    There was a 15y/o English girl training for weightlifting in the 2012 Olympics - think she had a 75kg snatch and 98kg c+j @ 58kg, I was in awe...
