    How strict does a diet have to be to even get to 4.5 :confused: lowest i've been is about 10%, about 12% now.

    4.5% must be pretty difficult to achieve

    Correcting i was dieting for 6 months then too 6 months break :P

    I like having power over the internet...but g'em has power over us all :(

    I too have free milk atm, but tend to buy it, because i won't drink enough of the free stuff :o

    Friend has a milk run and I usually help him out delivering a couple of times a week. Get lots of free milk,eggs and flavoured stuff :D
