Surely your laser card is charged pre-dispatch.

I'll be refusing delivery in the morning if they try charging any extra.

on the confirmation screen it says price displayed is the guide price and that the products will be charged at the store price at time of packing or something close to that speeel

Also your final bill can vary because:
    1. The guide price uses an estimated weight for weighed items like grapes and cheese. But what you pay will use the exact weight.
    2. If we have to substitute any item you'll be charged the price for the substitute instead.
As long as you've chosen 'no substitutes' the weight shouldn't change that much so the price should remain the same.

From the terms and conditions on tesco.ie:

    4.

    Prices

The price you will be charged for a product you have ordered will be the price at which it is on sale in store at the time your order is put together for dispatch. Because the prices of products may change frequently, this may not be the price at which the product was displayed on this Site at the time you place your order.

You may therefore return any product we deliver if the price charged has increased from the price shown on this Site when your order was placed. We will refund the price you have paid for this product where necessary.
In addition to paying for the products dispatched to you, you will have to pay for delivery at the rate applicable for the date and time of your delivery.

What does it taste like? Better than I expected — drier and more bitter than Budvar, a similar appealing golden colour — but not mindblowing.

But at 66p a bottle, or 50p a bottle if you buy a case of 20 for £10, it’s great value, and definitely more than drinkable.

Just had my first can of Boheme. As I expected its not the greatest beer but its def. not bad. It tasted kinda flat when i opened it but it grew on me. lol

I think for 10cents a can its absolutely great. Its like saying a bottle of Bud (american) costs euro 1.50 and there is no way in hell that Bud tastes 15x better than Boheme.

I for one am glad I bought it

Pubs are not allowed have happy hours because it encourages binge drinking. But tesco can do this? I'm all for free drink but there should be a level playing field.
Pubs can charge 10cent a pint if they want too. The "happy hour" law simply states they cannot reduce prices during the day, they can increase -the pub is free to open at say 5pm and charge 10cent a pint until 6 or 7pm abd then increase to €5, in effect still having happy hour offers -and many do this (well not 10cent but cheap). There is also nothing to stop pubs having "happy days", and many do.

What I find strange is that I have not heard of pubs using an obvious loophole, not having a particular cheap drink in stock until 6pm and mysteriously running out of stock at 7pm.

I'd ordered 48 cans of the Tesco Premium stuff, but the local Tesco only had 24 cans left, got them incl. delivery for a grand total of 6.98. Not half bad really.

This is going at 50c for 4 cans - 5% alcohol content

Just got 3 slabs of this for a grand total of €9 in tesco in galway city. 12.5c per can, 440ml. The sight of 72 cans on the counter for €9 is really heart warming. They still have about 4 or 5 slabs left!

Meself and two of the lads gonna enjoy what's left of the sun with a few cans, should last a week or two, not bad for the money!

I think this is a cunning plan by Tesco to turn you all into alcoholics:eek::eek:

Thanks that was very useful! Have you any more pieces of info like that?

Once properly chilled it tastes fine, I don't think I could complain @ 12.5c per can! As far as I know there are still some left in the tesco in Galway city

Tesco Dundrum have them (boheme) at 40c a can

Got 12 just as a test - still can't go wrong at 4.80... famous last words perhaps!
