    nah eating clean sucks, just eat, and eat lots, then get sick, then eat some more. Fat is way too easy to cut to not make use of extra calories.

    As for filling those Y Fronts, i get e-mails every day about that too. Those and from my Nigerian friend!! We're working on a financial transaction at the moment, that from what I can understand, is going really well.

    All I need to do is transfer another 10k and I'll be sorted!!

    OP, I have 1 word for you: Bicep Curls!!!
    Lots and lots of bicep curls!

    Also if you increase the weight on the bar so much you have to swing your back in order to curl the bar, it gives your stomach a great workout. Even better if you do it while on the treadmill, that way you get some cardio into your resistance training!
