    Hi,

I recently moved to Ballsbridge. Can anyone recommend a good physio or clinic for sports injuries in or around the area. Strained my groin playing football on Sunday. I can't make it before 5.30 because of work. Also, I've seen a website for Ballsbridge Physiotherapy on Wellington road. Anyone know if they're any good?

    Cheers

I dont recommend that place on wellington road. I went there before, didnt like it.

There's a really good guy on Pearse Street. Small clinic, he used to be the physio for the irish rowing team. Really good guy, into his sports, does a lot of triatalons. Called Pearse Physio or something obvious like that. Cant recommend him enough.

Went to the place on wellington road. Found it to be really good. Really intense massage and knew exactly what he was doing and talking about.

Anybody update some opinions on this?

Have a groin strain that has been at me a good few weeks. I know roughly what to do with it and I don't really want to be seeing a physio for 10 sessions at great cost.

How much is a physio visit these days?

Is it possible to claim back some expenses through PRSI still? Or get a tax rebate like standard medical treatments?
