    I've to write an essay today.. FML

    Anyone ever done any of these titles?

    1. “December 27th 1831. Left Devonport bound for Tierra del Fuego. The weather does not look kind
    with a westerly gale blowing hard. The Beagle is a fine ship - a ten-gun brig - however …”
    Continue this diary entry written by Charles Darwin’s assistant.
    2. An undiscovered paradise.
    3. Write a composition including the line, “It was the unfairness of it all that annoyed me most.”
    4. What the world needs now.
    5. I could hardly sleep with excitement. Only three more days to go …
    Continue this composition.
    6. Look at the picture on Page 4 of Paper X, which accompanies this examination paper, and write
    a composition inspired by it.
    7. Write a speech for or against the motion: ‘Young people are not taken seriously in Ireland.’
    8. The most interesting place OR places I have ever been.

    I've got an essay saved on the computer, so I'll just do the "write a composition including the line" one and just put in the line & I'm done! :D

    Edit: Finished my essay in about two minutes! Oh the joys of computers and cheating. :D

    I have to do one of the following:
    1. Your favourite team/pop group are playing one match/concert in Ireland, but you have failed to secure a ticket. Write the story of how you managed to attend the event anyway.

    2. What the clothes you wear say about you.

    3. Write a composition inspired by the picture on Page 1 of Paper X.

    4. A significant event that changed my life.

    5. Write an essay in which you describe a place you love to visit. Try to give details that appeal not just to your readers’ senses of sight and sound, but to all senses.

    6. Life’s little luxuries.

    7. It was my first time away from my home and family… Write a composition beginning with these words.

    8. It happened by Magic.


    I'm kind of leaning towards number 6.

    Yeah, 7 isn't bad but I am not really in the mood for a short story etc. so I was thinking 6 because I could do it in a personal essay/discursive style.

    I think Hitlersson in general is fine but sometimes I think he toes the line a bit too often. I only really see his posts in P&Ts anyway.
