Hi all just a quick question on steam rooms and saunas! I understand the fundamental difference between them is just the fact that the air is dry/wet?! What are the pros and cons of both? Which is better to use for after exercising or does it simply come down to preferences? Also how long is advised to spend in either and are there any before or after etiquette guidelines? Thanks :D

It's mainly down to preferences. If u have asthma, go for steam room but stay in as long as u can, have a cold shower, and repeat would be my advice. They don't do anything for weight loss or fitness unless you're tryin to loss weight for a weigh in for a fight or a race

The Steam room is good for circulation.

The Sauna is good for the skin.
