Theres so little meat in most of them that vegans could eat them, its more like biting your fingernails.

That's exceptionally ridiculous. I don't know much about gymnastics stuff, but that's probably the greatest feat of bodyweight strength I've ever seen.

Does anyone else think that looking at someone like Entcho puts the over training argument into serious doubt. To get that good he must practice for hours every day.

One of the highest rated competition gymnastic moves I usually hear mentioned is the victorian.

Above is an excellent video clip showcasing French Olympian Danny Rodrigues, the first athlete in history to compete what many considered an impossible strength element on the still rings; the Victorian. In fact he is so incredibly strong, that he has two variations of the Victorian in his routine. Be prepared for a little drama in the middle of the clip.

I have heard many stories but with no videos to back them up, I would trust the word of the coach for the US gymnastic juniors who said.
This will blow your mind but the record for free balancing CONTINUOUS HSPUs is not 13, but 163. These were done on the parallel bars and were full range with the shoulders going down to the hands on each rep. And to make it even more incredible it was done by a 50 year old man who remained in a handstand for the entire 30 minutes that it took him to complete the 163 reps. His name is Mako Sakamoto, is now 58 years old and can still do 75 full range HSPUs without really raising a sweat. Mr. Sakamote was the personal coach of 1984 Olympic Gold Medalist Peter Vidmar and the long time head coach at BYU.

Creatine... can't afford protein yet... couple of bills to pay.

    Next few weeks hopefully.

Is creatine actually worth buying or is it one of those supplements that has just been widely marketed so people just assume its worth using.

It depends on the individual, you would be best addressing your training and diet properly first...
