is a trampoline suitable for performing skipping exercise?

    i have had knee injuries in the past and would like to know if the above is a safe option.

    skipping is normally advised only on a sprung wooden floor but this is not possible for me

    is a trampoline a suitable substitute for performing skipping exercise on.

    I think you should ask a physio or your doctor, it would be unwise to take advice from people who have no idea of what your previous injuries are, it could worsen them.
