Girlfriend banging other men

What is it that bothers you about your girlfriend banging other men? Im not talking about cheating here.

For me it used to be that he might be better in bed than me and she'd enjoy it more than with me.

Now that I think about it that was a stupid reason. I'm obviously not the best in the world at sex, there are many men better than me, and I'm sure she's aware of that too, so who cares if she has sex with other men.

I honestly don't think I would be too bothered about her banging other men ( of course I who knows how I'd feel in the moment, but a I think I'd be fine with it). I don't see the big deal. Has anyone else had my epiphany or a similar one?

There's an argument that you could possibly be more advanced than others with regard to this subject.
We live in an age of plentiful and effective contraception and moral codes previously based on the axiom of sex equals pregnancy are ,or one could argue should be, obsolete.
If you personally are not all that possessive and it doesn't bother you, why worry about it?
I hope your getting some too. With your girlfriends permission,of course.;)

Yeah to be serious for a minute (sorry) I do think that in one hundred years people will look back at our rules on monogamy (even to the extent of legislation on marriage) and consider the concept totally bizarre.

Why can I kiss a woman on the cheek but not shag her? I really don't get it. Monogamy is totally derlict as an idea.

I'd go crazy if someone I was seeing slept around. That would be it between us, but I don't like that I feel that way. It must be my inner caveman, I knew he had to be in there somewhere.
