    Hey all.

Friend of mine works on Grafton St, and wants to join a gym as close to there as possible. I'm recommending she picks one with the essentials:

    Squat Rack
    Bench Press
    Plenty free weights
    Cardio machines (treadmills, rowers, etc)

    Classes would be a bonus.

What are the options gym wise? Any help would be mightily appreciated.

    Thanks! :)

I'm not a member of Raw gym but do some classes there; they have a big range of free weights, racks, etc and also climbing ropes, punch bags, sandbags, med balls, rings, etc.

The entrance is beside the Bernard Shaw pub.
