    You can have them skip the inbox though so you do not get an e-mail notification ,that's what I do anyway (They are labeled boards). Or you could filter them to trash....enjoy the movie!

    Feel sick myself now, large hot chicken role + soup + 2 burgers all eaten within 15 minutes.... :(

    Bowl of minestrone soup, 2 slices of brown bread, 2 slices of turkey, tomatoe, hard boiled egg, some lettuce & small amount of potatoe salad, tough going, that's my main meal for the day :rolleyes:

    same for me, my lunch is usually my biggest meal when I am working that day. :) bootcamp at 7pm tonight, ugh!

    Ha ha no no I ate all that myself! Didn't eat all of the chips cause I was feeling a bit bleurgh.. :(

    Ha it's like a food diary in this forum today!! I came in and had a Kinder Bueno, a chocolate chip muffin, two cups of really sugary tea and a ciggie for my brunch. Ooh and I had two bananas this morning! Ta-daaa!!

    Anybody doing anything exciting tonight?

    I prefer blueberry ones. But the canteen had new choc muffins and there were white chunks too in it. White chunks of choc that is. :rolleyes:

    Seriously, everyone gives out to me about that! Do you not take sugar in tea? I love sugar! I'd, no lie, go through a bag of sugar easily in two weeks just from tea. Don't take sugar in my coffee though!

    Ah they the ones in my canteen too. They huge muffins as well, much bigger than the blueberry ones. :p

    Oh yeah I hate sugar in tea...would have it in coffee tho! ha. I don't take any milk in either too actually usually.

    Ha ha ha!! They are big choc muffins with big chunks of white chocolate and milk chocolate in it. The end. :D
