wasnt realy thinking straight, but yea, i was pretty damn dizzy, the thing is tho, because of the weight gain im inbetween belt buckles, so i have to use my squat buckle for deadlifts,which is too tight.

you'd just need to work on hip flexibility - the majority of people have tight hip flexors from sitting around doing shag all all-day, with some proper stretching and flex work on your hips and glutes and some nice heavy OHS to weigh you down you could get to that in a couple of months.
