I often see boardsies darker side emerge when they discuss some emontional issues..i.e what type of torture they would like to do to child abusers etc..

But what is the worst your mind can do?

Certainly wouldn't want anyone to suffer it, regardless of what they did, but I've always thought the brazen bull was a nasty one.

Removing the skin while the subject is still alive, dropping them in salt/vinegar. Wouldn't kill them straight away but would be quite painful (and kinda cool if you got the skin off so it was in one piece like a suit)
