I would say continual burning/crushing of a guys balls or something in terms of physical pain.

Nowadays we've gotten to the stage where we can induce intense amounts of pleasure in a rats brain electrically and I've heard that in theory it could work on humans, but realistically they can't test it.
They do something similar to the parts of your brain that manages pain, a few seconds of the worst pain possible (literally, if they get it right) without any actual damage done or proof left behind.

I went to the torture museum in amsterdam a few years ago.
Mad stuff altogether.

They had pictures and descriptions of some of the medevil stuff.
One way of torturing and executing someone was they would tie you upside down spread eagle by your ankles.. Then use one of those big two people saws and cut you in half from crotch to head.

They had a Judas Cradle as well :eek:
