    Hi Serenacat

Don't know anything about Evolv, but believe it or not, but I think that €100 for 2 hours is a pretty reasonable rate for a PT to be honest. Some of the PT's in my gym are €70 for 1 hour.

Do the PT's look the part in Evolv? I know that if I was going to a PT, I would want them to look fit and healthy. Not only talking the talk, but also walking the walk so to speak.

There are a number of folks on the boards who I believe are PT's. One I know of who definitely is is called Transform, and he often posts useful youtube videos on the forum. If I was looking for a PT I would give him a shout. He is in amazing shape, so for me, if he can get himself into that kind of shape, then that's the kind of person I want advising me on my diet and fitness regime.

    Best Regards,

    M

Padraig murphy owns and runs evolv. He was the pt on rte health squad for years. I'm a pt myself yet I still go to evolv cos in my opinion he's one of the best in Ireland. He also writes the syllabus for a course in trinity!

Yep, I Googled Evolv and seen that Padraig Murphy is behind it. I don't watch much TV so I have never seen the fit squad or Padraig Murphy before.

However from reading through the Evolv site, he has an impressive resume, has been in the fitness industry for a good number of years and seems to be in good shape himself, so I would have no hesitation in contacting him either if I was looking for a PT in that part of Dublin.

    Best Regards,

    M

It sounded really impressive actually. i was thinking of it for my friend but its too much money for a present.

yes he was very muscular was talking to the man himself and he was very helpful. i posted a link there with full info in my first post.
He told me he does a hormone level profile and sees your muscle building capacity, i asked about it for a male friend of mine so if i had said a girl i'm not sure what the difference would have been.
