So where is this wonderful place you're hiding from us then?:)ooh, I've moved into such a ghetto. I hadn't seent his "knacker girls wearing pajamas" and saw it first thing on my way to the house. Also some guy burst into a shop I was in and went "JAV ANY SMALL DRINKS!!!" and the woman at the counter was all "stand there for a while" to the security man. Also I saw like ....5 bums on the street, and a rat. When I saw the rat I had a laugh.
Also sketchy landlord; "so err, can I have your bank details there" "no nono, cash please". His face is all scarred too. And I have not seen a lease.... but those other people had been living there fine so it's fine.

Tonight i managed to bake my first two loaves of bread...one wholemeal and one white with orange and cranberries in em, damn tasty if i say so and a great first attempt at cookery!0 -

I used to live in Stoneybatter. You'd see the sickest stuff walking down Manor St, People drinking cans of paint. But I never had a spot of bother. I actually accidentaly left the key in the front door, with my wallet hanging off it overnight. Maybe 3 times, and we all woke up alive!heh, I know a guy who lives round there, he's been knifed twice.... :eek: But he truly is the kind that attracts trouble ridiculously well...

Architect so, pretty much one of the worst hit.I don't think you'll have an reason to come back soon. Especially if you work in Construction.
A few of my friends are having to emmigrate, because they fell in
with Civil engineers. Damn boys and their cooties!!! :S Bringing my friends off to Sunny climes!
I'm about to ask (in the next 5 minutes) the HR dept to sponsor me to stay.

Hehehehe, mixed responses. Yar though i won't be going around looking for trouble. It's "sketchy" as far as my definition of "sketchy" goes, but then I have only ever lived in cork and then rathmines previous to this.That is not that bad! Honest!

I hate talking to taxi drivers.
I hate that people (myself included) feel obliged to talk. And say things like "busy tonight?". When the reality is that I couldn't care less if he is busy.
Or when I get picked up leaving the casino at 8am, and the taxi man "explains" how to play poker the whole 20 minute drive home. 20 minutes of nonsense if you ask me.0 -

If you're feeling techy the lame encoder should handle it. Otherwise this encoder looks quite nice. Never used it myself. There's a difference between CD quality and the format you'll find on an actual CD =D Most programs used to rip off CDs re-encode to a nice compact (usually lossy) format after decoding whatever format was used on the CD. FLAC is generally higher quality =P
If you want to make CDs you'll need another program to burn them, it's been a while though so I can't recommend any, but there are lots out there
