    "Don't be absolutely locked"

    "Don't smell really bad"

    I remember one night being out with some people from work and one of them brought a friend of her's along. The friend was nuts about nordy accents and she kept telling me to just talk about stuff so she could hear it. Pity she was engaged at the time.

    I do that to my friends all the time! There's certain words i make them say over and over and again just cos i think they sound nice. It really is a wonder i have any friends at all.....Nordy accents FTW!!!

    Aye, it was a bit mad alright. She'd just say stuff like "ok, talk about the weather" and then would just sit there and listen as I waffled on about random stuff. I remember when me we went on a family holiday when we were children. We got talking to some older woman in Galway and I remember her saying something like "oh you's have lovely accents". Actually now I come to think about it, that sounds a wee bit dodgy. We were all like about 10 or 12 years old. A bit mad now.

    Never doubt the power or a Nordy accent. It could be bottled and sold as an aphrodisiac

    I must remember that. I've had to slow down how I talk a bit. A sister of a friend said she could never understand me and then all of sudden she could and wondered why.

    Is it weird though that I like a nordy accent on a girl? Even though I have a nordy accent myself and i'm from there? It kind makes me feel like it's vain. As if I'm standing in a mirror in love with myself or something :)

    Girls nordy accents are better than guys, no offence! Theres more of a lilt to them! Im quite proud that i can undestand them without them having to slow down. I spent so much time up in Belfast i just got used to it!

    I'm not mad about shirts either. I much prefer the casual look on a guy t-shirt cardigan or jumper but I do like tartan shirts with blue eyes hmmmmm.

    I like a Dub accent on a man and someone who's a charmer and interested in what you say (or at least pretends to be!!!!) .

    Being with it and not off your face is always a good thing. Talk to a girl at the bar don't creep up behind her on the dance floor hate that - but some girls like it- me no!
