    Do you use a knife?
    Do you use a fork?

I use a knife though somtimes I pull the lever down and then up really fast so the toast jumps up and I try to catch it with my lighting fast Mr Miyagi type reactions.

What do you get stuck in the toaster? I mean seriously?

Never, ever use a fork. Have you not heard of fork lightning?

Use a knife, stainless steel works best.

Turn it upside down and shake the shit out of it.

I WAS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SAY THAT.

    srysly, that's insane.

Then get really annoyed at it for making you lose control.

I tried a holistic method of letting the bread see the more inherent beauty of being eaten.

Then the grill kicked the **** out of me.

Use a fork. Forks are better than knives for that. But remember to unplug the toaster first. Don't use anything plastic. It would melt.

throw it into a basin of water.

not if it has a toaster dust collector in the bottom, you just slide it out and empty all the toast dust!

I didnt even read that last part,
thats exactly what I do with scones, there too small to pick out, they break easily too

I <3 scones but in a toaster they will break your heart, always get stuck and break up when you try to retrieve them.

Also, the bottom half of a burger bun, I just sit it on top of the toaster rather than put it in as you probably won't get it out intact.

the scones with the raisins, toasted with some butter. if its just normal scones ill put some butter and jam on them

I hate when the bread is too long for the toaster and you turn it upside down and put it in a second time and forget to manually cancel a min later and it gets all burnt

Oh god, just happened to me. I made the effort of reaching down to the freezer and picking out 2 slices of bread. After a min I got excited and popped them early but they weren't done so I reset them but forgot that the toaster can't tell when toast is done so they turned black :( I ate them but they were awful

Op, if you happen to try this, get a mate to video it. If the guys who run the Darwin Awards ever start handing out cash prizes you'll be rich.

Or at least your next of kin will be.

    Elaborate.

It's what I heard. Perhaps it's the similarties in wit and taste (both love me) which lead to other people coming to that conclusion.
Why you up so ridiculously early anyway? I have no good reason why I'm up except that I needed to eat! And sing . . . 99 luft balloons!

    EDIT:I know it's not a chatroom don't patronise me

lol just please do not say you couldn't sleep because you felt AH would be a lawless zone if you slept. The other mods were asleep so you felt you should stay up. Please don't say that is the reason you are up, or the reason you've ever stayed up way later than you should

I'm up in case he goes to sleep because it will be a lawless zone.

    Quite the standoff we're having!

I have a fat slice toaster and it come with an ejector button incase the slices are small and cannot be reached. It can be quite funny because my up until latel my son could just reach the toaster eject so cannot reach the toaster so what he does is hammer the hell out of the eject until the toast flies towards him.

Lately he coped on to bring his chair now he still hammers the hell out of the eject just for the fun of it....

And they say he has issues.... Clever fooker!
