I havent seen for a long time, it used to have an awful aftermarket steering wheel in it.

It looks like it has a new roof and possibly wheels?

On the day I was there, he was changing the steering wheel, it was awful black thing he took off it. Well the roof I did when over there with Renovo.
She will getting alot more new goodies on her knowing him.

It's a KR according to Cartell.

Pictures of HE's are hard to come by.
My Dad had a 334 and a 336 but I have no pics.:(

The black E-Type is stunning. Anyone know the history with it !

I agree about the rear lamps of the latery E-Types, they just look so wrong, and the faired in front lights were far nicer too.................but I wouldn't complain !

As usual, we have to thank our American friends for these 'tasteful modifications'

. The rear lights were sourced in the general parts bin... you also find them on S4 Lotus Elan and Europa's...

I'm not sure who owned it from new.
I knew it to be owned for many years by Edmond Cassidy, I think he passed it on to Des Cullen.

I remember this car many years ago, I spotted it and a white one ????IK in a yard off Merrion Square. Traced the owner who was Louis Murray (night club owner & hotellier). He owned both. Tried to buy at the time but the price was too high

I will ask my mate who now owns it, the full history and will let you know but from what i know there was a night club owner who had it.

was he cassidy wine? there used be a garage on the cabinteely by-pass that always had the arse of a white e-type sticking out of it i think it was his too ,there were two more in a yard in kilmacanogue where the honda garage is now ,anybody remember them.

There used to be a KR tipper in everyday use near me up until about 2 years ago. It was on HZV plates (1985).

Tidy 1983 Dublin registered Defender spotted on Phibsborough Road.

1975/1976 Dublin registered Beetle spotted around the corner on Connaught Street.

No Cassidy of Cesco- you see the name alot on hand driers in pubs, it stands for Cassidy Electrical Supply Company.

They are heavily involved in historic car racing.

Thats a Series 3 109", Defender was not out for a good few years after that. Also note that the reg is listed as an 88" on my wheels.
