What role did you play in the school nativity play?

That is, if you partook in one.

I was one of the three wise men, sporting a snazzie white and blue dressing gown (my own) and possibly some sort of makeshift tea towel turban.
I like to think that I brought a sort of Hugh Hefneresq quality to the trio.

I can't recall which gift I brought for de bab-ay jebus, gold, Frankincense or myrrh - probably because they are even shitter gifts than vouchers.

I still remember who played Jebus, Mrs Jebus and the angel yoke.

    How about you?

Edit: Or any school production for that matter?

I was a shepherd. I was the one that was left on the stage to look after the sheep while the other two fucked off to see Jesus.

I piled the toy sheep on top of each other and pushed them off the stage.

    My teacher wasn't best pleased

    Jebus, flashbacks.

    I wasn't a wise man at all.
    I was also a shepherd.

One year our school did a Four night run of "Oliver". I was a random pub urchin. How life imitates art.

I went for the dry lifeless direction which Im a natural at. I did it so well I landed the major role of Elf #4 in the next years play of Santa's Busy Christmas

A Shepard. I would have made an awesome Mary giving birth.
I was a tree in another school play.

Only seeing this now. Wonder if it was the same play? I had a brown painted Corn Flakes box on my head.

I remember you. It was the final day of dress rehearsal and there you were, walking right through, ba-ba-ba-ba, like this in the background.

I was Narrator#1 in Senior infants. It seemed lame at the time but at least I wasn't the guy who had to get on all fours and be the donkey carrying Mary and Joeseph.

I played the drummer boy 2 years in a row, nailed it mostly, except for the one performance on Christmas morning where I left my drum on the church seat and walked up the aisle banging the drum sticks together, super lame.
