I think it was mentioned for a table quiz type thing but is that what everybody wants?

    g'em will be there?

Karma is ok but despite people saying it... I haven't had a 3 euro pint in there in about 5 years. The prices are much the same as everywhere else. Music is fairly ****e too.

Think it's just bottles and spirits that are €3, not pints.

This should be relatively straightforward (or at least it used to be), just need to go to the local police station (Pearse Street?) and ask there.

Yup. Three euro for all shots as well.

Tramco Brewery? I was there for the match and it seemed like a nice spot. 3.50 pints at the time :)

What about The Long Hall or The Long Stone?

I hear they are very long.

They're probably the shortest places ever.

You know one of those misleading nicknames like Tiny, except they're huge.

I'm still putting forward my selection of The Woolshed and also The Mercantile. Pretty decent place actually. Set foot in there over the weekend. Good music, lively and big enough.

The Woolshed is over the other side of town. Not very convenient if people are meeting in Stephens green to sing. The Mercantile is the devil. May be ok though for a crowd. Just remember the music sucking A LOT, but I guess that's the same in most places in town.
I think a good place would be upstairs in Messrs. There were a few boards beers in the basement a while back but it was too cramped. The upstairs part is quite spacious.

Which is why I was suggesting the places arround The Green like Sinnotts. No way everyone will be happy about going to far after a sing-song .. the thirst will be on ya's bigtime then :D

Plus, Grafton St is always a picture a in December so you may aswell pick somewhere close by to soak up the atmosphere. The Dawson Lounge was a joke. Smallest pub in Dublin I believe :)

O'Neills on Suffolk ST is a big old place with many levels and you can always find a little room and enough people go upstairs they will send a barman up and open the little bar for you's.

Now that I've popped my boards beer cherry I'm extremely disappointed that I won't make the AH beers :(

Hopefully I might get to see ye singing! I might even throw a few pennies your way!

    Thomas Read's on Dame St.

It's a good spot, and they need our business

Isn't Sinnots always completely rammed full?

Messers is ok. I remember being in it a few years ago upstairs and it was so packed, getting to the bar or to the toilet was almost impossible. It was also full of all those poser people who are too cool to move and let you past.

I also can never seem to find my way out of it. I usually have to walk up and down all the levels a few times in order to find the way out. It's like a maze.

+1 for Capitol. I'm sure they won't mind if we booked a section. The C section :pac:
