buying maltodextrin in Ireland

    hi all , anyone know of an irish website or shop that sells maltodextrin?
    ( the UK sites do but I can't find an Irish one ). Ta.

    Why not just order from myprotein.co.uk? Maltodextrin is maltodextrin.

    I'd second this. I get it myself and its great quality stuff, makes their bloody delicious protein EVEN nicer!

    Alternatively just use glucose.

    I take it you want the maltodextrin as a hi GI carb or recovery shakes etc?

    Glucose will work just as well and can be bought in most supermarkets. No need for online ordering.

    i was trying to be patriotic by buying irish!
    thanks for answers , yes its for a recovery drink - glucose ,malto and protein.

    Having used maltodextrin, waxy maize startch and vitargo, I have to say maltodextrin is my least favourite of the 3. Not only did I find it way too sickly sweet, I didn't think my recovery was as good as with Vitargo.

    I'm a bit backer of vitargo now. It can be got off myprotein.co.uk
