How often to take omega 3 capsule

Hello, i brought super strength 1300mg epa 517mg dha 233mg omega 3 capsules, as i rarely eat fish. It says on them to take them daily but I was thinking that since nutritionist's recommend eating fish twice a week and this capsule has roughly the same equivalent omega 3 as a portion of salmon would it be ok to take them…

It says on them to take them daily but I was thinking that since nutritionist's recommend eating fish twice a week and this capsule has roughly the same equivalent omega 3 as a portion of salmon would it be ok to take them just twice a week and still get descent benefits, as they are fairly pricey. Or maybe even every 2 or 3 days instead of daily?

One every other day should be ok as i understand it. For future reference you can get decent ones for reasonable money here.
