Deaf or Blind?

if you had to be born either deaf or blind which one would you choose?
any mods wanna add a poll too?:o
i'd pick deaf. i think life would be so much harder being blind. granted u'd miss out on listening to music etc but nonetheless, visual impairment would be pretty bad

deaf obviously because there are loads of aids now that can give u hearing etc.

its much harder to give a blind person sight

definately blind. at least you can still easily have a conversation with someone if you are blind.

Deaf. Seeing is far more important and can lead to a much more comfortable life. Sports are still playable when one is deaf

Blind is possibly the worst afliction a human can be given.
Deaf is also very tough, but blind is far tougher I would imagine

I'd definitely prefer to be deaf. You are a lot more limited at what you can do when blind.

Deaf, id prefer to be able to control it though with an on off switch. When you get a pain in your hole listening to people, flick the deaf switch for peaceful deaf bliss, then you can smile happily.
