Bit simplistic. A lot of women just don't have casual sex with randomers, so there's no need to carry condoms. It's not a matter of 'if she doesn't carry condoms, she's happy to bareback with someone she's after meeting in the pub'. And if such a person did decide to shag someone, there's always plenty of condom machines around.

Very simple, a woman that carries condoms or has them at home just incase should not be viewed as a slut.

A woman who does this is a lot smarter and has more of my respect then the guy who goes out and thinks ah sure whats the worse that can happen or sure i'll just pull out love.

Everyone has sex, girls that cary condoms should be commended. It's the girls that sleep around and don't practice safe sex that you should be worried about.*

it's just some thing built into our psyche, we can't help it. Anyway as I said it's not something I would express concern about to a girl, and I think all modern women should keep condoms.

I would think the reason a girl (or guy) doesn't carry a condom with her regularly is because she's not expecting to have casual sex, and not because she doesn't take care of her health. I'm sure there's some who don't care about that, but I'd say the majority who don't have condoms with them probably aren't going to have regular, random ONS.

For me, a woman carrying a condom is an excellent thing. It means that she takes her sexual health seriously, which is extremely important to me if I am going to sleep with her.

But the problem is there are plenty of girls who don't carry them and will end up going home with guys. Just because a girl doesn't have any with her you can't make a call that they aren't interested in having sex with a hot guy they might meet.

Just in the same way that a girl carrying them doesn't mean she's mad up to jump on any randomer that looks at her twice.

A lot of people would think sleeping with strangers was crazy - condoms don't protect against everything, and who knows what nutcase/bunny boiler you've brought home.
