    You need cineman, 1/4 teaspoon
    nut meg 1/4 teaspoon
    lemon honey, 1 1/4
    gloves.5
    Hot water and wiskey

    i used the following;

    2 tea spoons of granulated sugar - melted in boiled water in bottom of glass.
    slice of orange
    2 - 3 cloves, find anymore than that and it over powers everything
    whiskey and some more hot water.

    must try your way tomorrow though :D

    We got a slow cooker there for £20 and its a moulinex.

    Great idea and we are heading up there next weekend- last time I got lost in Sainburys and nearly had to page herself. The shame of it:o
