It's not an eotech, and it's not backwards...

It's the MOR reflex sight made by Israeli Optics company Meprolight.

A Mepro MOR sight as its known, I believe theres talk of one of these being made in china at the moment, I'd prefer a good quality MARs but it makes a nice change from the more common Eotech and with a laser built in too,.

Thats a microtavor... smaller brass deflector, front ras, and lower optical mount.

The sight is quite nice, but frankly, i prefer the Meprolight Mepro 21 sight i have for my tar-21... The advantages offered by the MOR are really not too aplicable in airsoft, and its a bit bulky...

I do like the MTAR style... especially with a silencer... *plots*

The SAS in multicam is no real news... They've been wearing that, acu, us desert, etc for years... As for the russians... I belive that was a demonstration team, theres no plans for the russian forces to adopt it, especially not when they have just begun issuing digital woodland.

What I DO want considered here... apart from these 'ooh look all these people wear it it must be cool' is WHERE they are wearing it...

I dont think any army is likely stupid enough to adopt this camo for woodland ops... I agree, its nice for the desert... otherwise, no.

That's the optics for second line troops, the front line units still use the MARS. Except for the DMRs that use ACOGs.

It doesnt... its one of the sights used though, Front line units still use the MARS... and thats the Mepro-21 sight

Also the ACOG is issued to Designated Marksmen, and squad leaders... the squad leader variant is the CTAR-21 with ACOG, the DMR is the STAR-21 (long barrel)

There is ... one more environment that multicam is suitable for. And it's not a desert environment funnily enough. It's perfect for undercover surveillance work...
