Calories in a slice of ryvita crackerbread with real butter ?

    doesnt it give nutritional value per crackerbread on the back of the pack?

    butter depends on quantity - you need to hazard a guess

    i know the crackerbread calorie

    it's 20 per slice

    but i always use butter...

    Use a commercial pat of butter, they are usually 5g or 7g or occasionally 10g, and see how much of it you use on your slice of ryvita. 10g of butter is about 70 odd calories.
