Joyce House, Long Birth Cert

Hey, I need my long birth certificate urgently, and am unsure where to get it. I've been told Joyce House on Lombard Street? Does anyone know if this is right or if not then the office when you can apply for one? Also my apologies if this is the wrong forum, not certain where it would fit. Thanks.

Lo_ha, Joyce house is the right place. I live on Lombard Street so i'd know.
