I can't believe I missed 4 or 5 pages of cooking conversations. I hate the work firewall.

Ah you're not half bad! Sure just keep trying and get a nice little pocket dictionary! Sometimes if I'm stuck on a spelling I just open a Word document and that helps too! :)

If I'm stuck on a spelling, I just type it into the Google search box in the top right of firefox, and it'll usually either correct if for me in the search, or let me know if I'm correct with a definition, etc

Love home grown veg. Am planning on raiding Mystics allotment somenight. Shushhhhhhh!
I'm a bit of a curry fiend but will turn to cooking anything. Now that winter is approaching I'll be cooking cassoulet and cassaroles again. Long slow cooking has always been my favourite way of prepairing food.

I seldom spellcheck and leave it to the busybodies to point it out to me. Besides, the occasioinal Freudian slips are vastly entertaining.

Sad thing is that although I don't have dyslexia to contend with my spelling is really really bad. I learnt to spell phonetically and never bothered to correct myself.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

I wish there was a coherency checker. I'm always forgetting words in my sentences or dropping in inappropriate ones.:(

I've never notice bad spelling. Once I understand the point.
Txt speak makes my brain bleed though.

My fear of spiders passed itself on to crabs and lobsters. I think it was from feeling them under my feet on the rocks when I was coming back in from kayaking/swimming when I was younger. *shudders*

I'm quite unimpressed when a whole one ends up on the dinner table. Or a dinner table near me.

I just dont like the taste.

The concept of oysters - you dont know whether to swallow or clear your throat and spit.

Imagine introducing a potential girlfriend to oysters on a first date. A bit of a faux pas I'd say;)

You'd be better off just being honest and asking 'spit or swallow'...

With oysters you have to chew to get the full flavour.

I went to the cinema tonight. It was hard to sit there I must admit. But I did it, and a large-coke-all-to-myself later, I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed! :o

You make it sound like you went to the cinema and sat in a dark room for a few hours. Did you not watch a film? :pac:

Awh man it was sooo difficult. I dont go the cinema (unless it's something I really really want to see). I'm too fidgety and ten mins into it I wanna go home. Not because the film was crap or anything, just because I'm bored of having to sit still :o

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,624 ✭✭✭✭Fajitas!

    ...

So what did you go see?

  • Moderators Posts: 24,367 ✭✭✭✭ChewChew

Hah. No...I know a lot of people aren't fans, but I did think it was a fantastic movie, I really enjoyed it, but am going to have to go back and see it again - Tarrentino's flicks are good the first time round, but need a second viewing. He puts some serious attention to detail in.
The scene in the tavern, seriously, you could cut the tension in the cinema with a knife!
As Aldo says at the end, it's his masterpiece.
