Just back from the pub, flick open the laptop... Something grabs my attention out of the corner of my eye, a ****ing massive MASSIVE spider, its body is well over an inch and then add in the long legs, WTF!! Im scared ****less of em, i tried catchin it with one of those blank cd spindle tubes, dumbed 100 cdr's on the ground and threw the container at the spider, and i must have flicked the spider up in the air or under the bed or something because i didnt catch him! Sooo Im sat on the bed looking out for this bloody massive spider, cant stay in the spare room as my buddy is in there.

Oh hes redicilously fast too, i mean a few attempts to catch him and he just ran faster than I could put the cd case thingy on him. This ****er is defo under the bed, can they climb timber?????

    Scared.

    Help?

Tell him to go away or you will break all his webs while he is asleep.

It's a spider ffs, unless he is armed with a Gatling gun I reckon you're safe.

Can of deodrant + lighter = firey creepy crawley fun.

Alternatively go at it again with the empty container. Round spidey up first into a more convenient spot by using a broom / brush.

This is no ordinary spider, he's ****ing massive!! I hate em, its hard for me to look at them, I have a fear of three things in this world...

    1. Spiders, especially this badass mother****er!
    2. Crustations... lobsters, crabs etc but I really am scared ****less of those woodlouse things, beetles, shrimps, most things that live in the sea.
    3. Nails... peoples nails.

Seriously this spider is gonna keep me up all night.

Can of petrol over the whole room then, followed by a lighter then. If in doubt, use more fire.

I REALLY dont want to go near spidey at all. Really contemplating waking the buddy up and asking him to find and remove spidey. Im sitting on the bed with all the bedcloths off so the bed is just white so I can see him coming, no quilt, no sheet, no pillows, I hate this.

A glass and a piece of paper is all that's needed.

You don't have to touch spidey.

:pac: Hehe. God love you, I used to be like that. I'd keep all the lights on and be super alert and make sure the fecker didn't crawl into somewhere wher I would lose sight of it. Go and wake your mate up then. It can be the price he pays for sleeping in your gaf, plus you can get a nice slagging off your mates tomorrow.
However, there is only one sure way to conquer your fear though, that's to sort out your arachnoid friend yourself. Once you catch him, stick some of those comical googly eyes on him and you will never be afeared again.

Use the hoover (if you know where it is lol) and leave it running for a minute afterwards to make sure he's dead.... otherwise they can nest on there lol

UGH! Im freaked out looking at it, its DISGUSTING!! Yeah, im seriously alert, im watching out incase it gets up on the bed or something.

Can they climb wood, like you know the kind of solid timber that has been stained and clear coted, its slippery enough...

Well if I was a spider I probarbly wouldnt be able to climb it. Im not though.

Im probarbly gonna ruffle some of my smelly socks under the bed and try get him moving then drop the side locker on him, that should do it.
