None of that would make any difference with TNA they can't sell ppvs in America however if they could draw a 25,000 to 30,000 gate they would be very very happen with the revenue

Also Matt Morgan has informed me via Twitter than he won't be in Ireland but he will be in the UK, Whatever people think about him in ring he's a really nice guy

Could you persuade Matt Morgan to talk to TNA about possiblity of bringing the Fan interaction to Dublin? We sell 2 sold out shows back in January and im pretty sure it will be huge success if they bring it here

I don't think there's any prospect of a fan interaction in Dublin they sold it with the tickets this time around, not everyone can get a meet and greet ticket just like there would probably be only 150-200 fan interaction tickets among maybe 6000

oh i agree doing it in tna would be a very good idea, it will increase the global popularity and could eventually result in a fight for wwe....but for wwe i dont think its a possibility!

Maybe you should get the 33.60 one its the cheapest. The most expensive WWE TIcket costs 76 euro sometning and TNA costs 66.00 euro. I recommend going its really good last time they were here they tore the house down. It was unbelivable and great roster lineup coming for the Dublin tour. Cant wait for them to come to the point!

How many have they sold? I always thought th O2 was a bit optimistic for a promotion thats not that widely known outside your hardcore wrestling fans.

The WWA pretty much sold out the old point a couple of times and that was the pre-cursor to TNA. They didn't even have TV, just a touring roster of ex WCW names. Of course everyone had more money then.

I think the fact that they have AWR before them and 2 WWE shows after them, as well as a potential Bernard Dunne fight in that time frame can't help business either. It was a bad date to pick on their part.

WWA came at a time when live international wrestling in this country was practically non existant. WWE hadn't even been over in years. People were crying out for live wrestling.

TNA booked and announced their show before any other of the promotions you have mentioned they can't control who books shows after them and also can't change the date for obvious reasons

If they get more than last time on one night they'll be happy enough I'd say

To be fair, I thought TNA put on great house shows the last time they were here and although people in general are never as interested the second time in seeing something, I think they could do no more than the show they put on last January.

It's just a bad time trying to sell anything.

Am I the only one who was a bit disappointed in the TNA show last time out? ROH and NOAH's live shows were ten times better IMO.

But with TNA you're not going to get the balls to the wall attitude that you're going to get with ROH or others. It's just not feasible nor necessary for a company that mainly focuses on TV. TNA give a fun houseshow, with some pretty good action and an absolute ton of fan interaction.

Fair point. I guess i was spoiled by the ROH shows in England, they were unreal, nothing could ever live up to them.

I was quite bored at the TNA show I have to say though.:(

I was at the first and it was awesome. But you got to see Jarrett wrestle.:) I'd say it was better with Styles and Joe in separate matches.

Jarret/Angle was the Main, it was a nothing match.

I was disappointed I din't get to see the Machine Guns wrestle together butr Shelley was X Division champ and they had him as a singles guy. I was probably looking forward to them more than anyone.:(

Sabin wasn't actually or tour was he? They actually don't work that many house shows. I saw them on TNA's second house show in Liverpool in 2008. Great match against Petey Williams and Sonjay Dutt.

I was surprised to see Doug Williams at the last event, as he wasn't even being used on TV. He got a load of heat though, which did a good job of firing up the crowd at the start of the first match.

Sure he was under contract so TNA were bound to use him when they came to the UK and Ireland. It's good to see him in TNA full time.

I must've missed that bit of info, because the last I remember of him in TNA was in the X-Cup. And if I'm right, it was the last appearance of plain old Samoa Joe, before his "Nation Of Violence" stint. The man could've been a hometown hero, he was so over.

He was under contract for the entire year since the June before. He came in for the X-Cup, did a multi-man match at Turning Point in November and only joined the active roster full time when The British Invasion debuted in May.

Congrats to AJ. At least we got to see Booker T, Scott steiner, Rhino, hernandez, Sucide(Daniels) and Awesome kong here in DUblin for first time.
Four Main event mafia member will be coming(angle, steiner, joe and booker) and thats really exciting. Last time it was just Angle.

1st time with TNA for Booker alright, but he's been to Dublin several times before with WWE. Lost count of the amount of times Angle's been here now as well. Anyone know why Nash and The Guns are not coming to Dublin?
Hopefully The Pope will be added now as well, always liked him in WWE, and very impressive in PPV/Impact debuts...

Anyone hear anything more on the line up for the O2?
Seen the line up for the Germany tour just before it but the fact it doesn’t mention Dublin maybe a few others will be added for it...

Also, anyone know a good parking spot near the O2?
