    He gets it from orange juice, some people use grape juice for creatine since it is higher in sugar and not as acidic.

    Did the frank duffy 10 miler in 69:44 today. happy with that. perfect weather for it. rain held off for most but was warm

    :) Her videos should have youtube age warnings, I think I posted a much tamer one of her a while ago, the camera man is always zooming in and out like its a pure accident;). Whatever exercise you search for on youtube she pops up, she is actually quite strong though, I had to study them all for purely educational reasons.

    Nice time - I did the first 5 miles at approx 7:10 mins / mils, on mile #6 I fúcked up my knee and had to walk the rest.
    Should have finished in approx 70-75 mins, ended up finishing in 90 mins :mad:
    Although entered in kind of a whim and had a hard training session approx 12 hours before the race - not a good idea.
