None that I know of.
If the first "A" is pronounced as you would in the word "age" then you could compose your own version - Éda.
If the first "A" is pronounced as it is in Ireland and most European countries like the "A" in alley,argue,ash then the spelling of Ada could be left unchanged and pronounced accordingly.

Where does the name come from? Foreign names don't usually have Irish equivalents, apart from Pierre/Peadar or Giovanni/Seán or other older names.

Micilin Muc - Not really sure of the origin - according to Wikipedia it is Germanic.

If others can use Shaun and Shawn for our Seán and Sheila for Síle and Maureen for Máirín then like the Normans who came here and became "as Irish as the Irish themselves" including their names, then I dont think it's any harm to Gaelicise some foreign name we take a fancy to once the named person is in agreement.
