Nutrition and Diet experts. What brand of yoghurt go you eat? With so many low fat yoghurts out there, which usually meaning they have taken out the fat but added extra sugar instead. Which low fat yogurts do eat for breakfast/snack that you can count on not eating unnecessary sugar?

Thats a good question. Lowest i could find was natural yogurt with 5g sugar per 125g

    Old MacDonnells.

    Very good stuff.
I know the makers and its top notch stuff.

    Also, Homemade.
Get some good nat yog for a culture.
    My uncle makes his own.

Edit: I missed the low fat bit.
Get over that. Its good fat.

I buy mcdonnells too. the fat is usually set on top and it easy to remove if you're so terrified of it.
