Had a few... um... interesting days of Moderating last week alright, but got to take it out on the platform on Saturday at the Ulsters and got me a new National record and my best comp Sinclair score to date. Boo-yah \o/

56kg snatch (comp PB) and 66kg c&j @73.9kg. Still shiiiiiiiiiiiite on an International scale (my c&j is really hacking me off right now, it should be up around 75+) but I've been at this lark < 1 year so there's plenty of time for improvement.

The poor devil child was simply misunderstood.

I remember been scared of the banshee form darby o gill and the little people as a kid. would have to run outa the room.
