    Hi all!!

I am a student in Dublin who is looking to move somewhere in the city centre. Having spent a lot of time trawling through uninspiring over-prized box rooms that have been described as "snug double room", I though enough.

So just checking is anyone else in the same boat and wanting to maybe rent an apartment or house with me and maybe some other fun student types???

I'm a 23 yr girl from Dublin going to DIT Kevin St, 2nd year starting in Sep.

If you are looking for a place and need to share and have no one to ove in with do leave a note.

    Cheers!!:pac:

I know the story, I'm juggling an offer for "on-campus" accommadation (3k from city center where campus is). I am looking at Dub 2 for places...but more and more I feel its easier to just get a place of my own/same amount of rooms as people place so there is none of this "2 Bedroom apartment, you would be living with 6 people" crap.

In short, I would think Im not the only one interested in this thread

How close/far are you willing to be to Kevin St (or is that just a reference point). Ill be at TCD and would like to stay city center or at least general vicinity and I've found some pretty nice places that range from 2-4 bedrooms but would like to live with other 'student types' that enjoy the college experience if I choose to go away from campus accom.

    Hey all!!

    I'm pretty flexible!!

( I even resorted to looking for Studios but they aren't great just a lil claustrophobic for me.)

Anyway yes anyone who is interested I mean a few of us can surely come together and get a house or flat near city centre. I don’t mind too much where I live as long it’s not too far from town north or south I’m flexible.

If ye are still interested please let me know so we can get this ball rolling!!

    :pac:

Hey I'm a 19 year old girl and going to Kevin St. too so I've been trawling through Daft looking for a place within walking distance...its a bit disheartening. So if you're interested give me a shout and we might be able to find something together....my budget is no more than €450-€500 a month for rent though so that might cause a problem!:p

Hey everyone still looking for people as some replies have fallen through. It's a good opportunity to live with students who aren't weird and saving on rent.

Do drop us a line or leave a reply if you are interested.

Hey everyone I'm moving up to town too, starting in TCD lookin for somebody 2 move-in with and find a place to stay.

Im female :P, clean and just looking for some sound housemates really!
My rent a month would be no more than 450 a month but seeing as the rent markets apparently flooded I'd say that's more than enough for somewhere decent

PM if you're in the same boat!

I'm going into 1st year in Trinity too. I don't know what to do, I've been searching constantly online and everywhere sharing is for professionals. Is everyone else having this problem? I just want a nice relaxed atmosphere with easygoing people..I don't want to be viewed as a "noisy student". :pac:

Can anyone suggest anything? I'm really getting worried now. :(

    Hey all!!
Myself(DIT Bolton street student) and my friend(Trinity student) have been looking at a few places in the city centre. A lot of places are for 3 or 4 people!! Rent seems to be fairly reasonable around 350-450 a month!!
We are both males and dont mind who we live with preferably 1st years..

Would there be anyone interested in sharing??
