Hey all,

Myself (DCU, fresher, 23!) and my friend (Auinger St, masters, 24) are looking for a person to share our nice little Smithfield penthouse with.

Its my other friends apartment so its a good price. Located on the square just behind subway. Its a 3 bed so you will have your own room. Bills are shared amongst the 3 peeps living there.

Anyone who is serious about looking at it or wants some pics of the place then PM me and we can take it from there.
