Hi

Brilliant. I have just ordered 4 of these. Gonn'a strap one to each leg as well. nothing ventured etc.

No more 1 hr gym workouts for me. Compound lifts my a%se.

Do you think that I will need to keep up the healthy eating or can I ditch that also?

Hey B-Builder, I have a set of these shake weights and they have helped me achieve ALL of my fitness goals. Not many people know this but with these shake weights - you're NOT just getting a resistance type workout, because the weights are constantly shaking, you're also getting a cardio workout.
Strap a couple to your feet and a walk to the shops turns into a HIIT session!
I can't recommend this product enough.

Also, that animated picture on the main page is just rude :pac:

OK that one is OK. I don't mind videos of cats/kittens playing the piano or been all cute when there is a reason for it ... but i hate videos/pics of kittens just been cute for teh sake of it ... i mean cats are evil ****ers, schizophrenic and WILL take over the world.
