I do get slight muscle cramps in my face from time to time doing weights. No doms though.

Hey B-Builder, I have a set of these shake weights and they have helped me achieve ALL of my fitness goals. Not many people know this but with these shake weights - you're NOT just getting a resistance type workout, because the weights are constantly shaking, you're also getting a cardio workout.
Strap a couple to your feet and a walk to the shops turns into a HIIT session!
I can't recommend this product enough.
