I can't sleep past 2:30AM anymore. I just can't. I'd lie in bed and read until 4 if need be. Or I'd just be unable to switch off and my mind would constantly be going. Worst of all, my dead arms syndrome (why was that thread locked?) means up to twice a nice I get the sensation my arms arms are gone and have to have the pain of blood coming back to them (really bad pins and needles). Then I get up at 1. Good times.

the prick who owns the house beside me works on his boats and motorcycles out in his shed at 4am(that includes revening engines) and when i complained to the landlord "Nothing can be done as he owns the house":mad::mad::mad:

i had another fap and dosed straight off i was ages at it i think i just exhausted myself!

Best advice on the thread by a mile. I don't envy anybody who cannot sleep, the only thing thats worse is sunburn, and that usually means you can't sleep anyway.
