 Was down 4 last week so don't mind too much, but was up 0.5 the week before so I'm not being very consistent! I hope I'm not going to be up more than 1lb tonight. I'm staying off the drink now for about a month so hopefully that will have a huge effect!

I'm staying off the drink now for about a month so hopefully that will have a huge effect! I knew I'd be up but didn't expect that much! Very disappointed in myself. Was down 4 last week but didn't go the week before and was up .5 the week before that so I've only lost 1.5lbs in FOUR weeks. When I look at it that way, I realise I'm doing really badly. I'm really going to step it up this week. Going swimming tonight, going to go on my bike as much as I can and NO BOOZE!
