    Doing some sprints, it gave me some slap on the arse!

    It was my fault really, I had placed a plate on top of the band where it was looped around a pole and im guessing the friction caused the rip rather than the band being faulty. Good thing I have a spare.

    Kettlebells are expensive, that would be a great idea if the power bell went higher than 20lbs.

    hmmm, the 40lb one is 250 dollars + whatever it costs to fix the broken wrists you acquire after snatching the thing. "Wallet inspector".

    can't imagine a 2.5lb bell. There's a pair of 4kgs in the gym I go to and they look like some sort of necklace charms.

    Ugh, had my frist day of activity today in over 2 months... Gym for an hour and a half this morning, chest and tris. Went to GAA tonight and our coach had an obsession with push ups, i struggled through those... Then on one of our many many laps i got a cramp in both calves and dropped like a sack of spuds!

    Don't ya love being (un)fit?

    UL isn't my normal gym, i only go out for a visit every so often, what time u headin out at, i may just go curl in every power rack!!:D

    What I sometimes do when the offo is closed is get a rag soaked in petrol, tie it around my head and masturbate until I collapse.
