I know I'm coming to this very very late but I have loved reading all the replies. Brought back so many brilliant memories. 96 will always be one of my favourite years, Sides was to me the absolute best. I went to the Asylum once but definitely preferred sides. I was at the Carl Cox night somebody a copy of the ticket of (pages and pages ago!), SFX, the big rave at the Point, does anybody remember the person jumping off the balcony there??

We were always upstairs at the back in Sides. Every weekend (was kindly nicknamed Stick Insect, I was very very thin, can't think why;)). I agree with everybody who has said that that time can't be repeated. There was something very special about it and listening to the tunes you've linked have brought it all back.

was at that nite meself man in the point.heard at the time it was some bird that jumped off the balcony.was a top nite tho.remember standing on the balcony when the nite was in full swing, thousands of heads bopping up and down as the lazers swored over there heads.manic was played that nite by 4 rhythm (the sound crowd remix) and it went down a treat.:D

    Howya Paul.

When you look in the address bar of a particular Youtube page you will notice a code after the = sign. This can be a mix of about 8 numbers and letters, alphanumeric.
Just copy this code (after the = sign) and when you are typing a message in Boards just click the youtube icon in the tool bar on the top right hand corner and you will notice the cursor flashing in the middle of the icon, then just Paste the code you copied where the cursor is flashing, there you go.
Let me know how you get on;)

When I stamp on your foot you say hello Mr Thompson:D

anybody have the other tracks from this e.p. always wondered what they were like:D

I'll put this ep up in the next couple of days. But I need a bit of guidance on ripping records. I did this one with Montana on it a couple of weeks ago. It sounded fine on the laptop after a bag of cans, but then when I listen to it on a MP3 player it seems to be distorted (I could be wrong and getting on a bit). The book that came with the record player just says to lower the input volume but that just sounds a bit not loud enough.

wats the story wit them house pressure tapes anyway,
are they just bedroom mixes or wats the craic?
none of them seem 2 be actually live in the asylum.
its like pressure mixed them in his gaf and passed them off as live
    asylum recordings.
all the tracks are deadly and the mixin good 4 the most part,
but havin 2 sides off a tape with different music and different mixes can't be live.
    any1 feel the same way?
let us know wat yis think, i'm interested in finding out.

There is one genuine 'Live' Pressure tape from the Asylum.
Mr Spring cleaned it up and put it on his site. He done a great job except that he did'nt do the whole tape. It has an MC shouting all over it.
I have it some where and an mp3 too, I'm sure it was up here on boards at some stage.
