This post is completely unbiased and just state facts as much as possible, i think you can see here that yes cork does have achievements in various sports.
But in my opinion for a start when i hear of someone doing something for Ireland like Eugene Coakley who by chance is from Skibberen Rowing Club i would say imagine he is Irish obviously he is from cork but the sporting achievement is he and not Corks no?

Every county has medal and has achieved great things throught the years, personally im from Kilkenny and we dont concentrate on many other sports than Hurling but i dont brag about it and i dont know anyone from where I live that does. Its attitudes like the one your clearly possess that infurates people towards Cork.

Pighead wouldn't nuke any part of this beautiful island. How could anybody. This land belongs to all of us. From east to west, from north to south, every last patch belongs to each and every one of us (except the bit up north that doesn't anymore but lets not get into that).
