So many stories I don't know where to start..
One typical example of my ex:
His bosses wife holds an anne summers party, he says we're going even though I didn't know anyone except his boss who I got that 'pervy older man' vibe off.
Bunch of kinda strange older people at the party. Ex spends ages on the fone, leaving me on my own. I'm given some strange homemade cocktail, get a pounding headache and start to feel faint. I ask my ex can we leave, he says no.
His boss brings me up to his bed so I can 'get some rest'. I'm totally freaked out at this stage but decide if I try sleep it off i'll be ok. Hazy memories of waking up with his boss sitting on the bed looking at me. I finally come to after a few hours to hear that they all had a great old dirty time with some toys and my ex had been running around the house totally naked. At which point I say I want to leave.
The boss is dropping us to my ex's house, the boss leaves us about half a mile away[at about 3 in the morning] as the ex is sick n lies on the road puking his guts up while I worry about him like an idiot.
He proceeds to roar and shout abuse at me, push me around, I run to his house and crying tell his mother what happened, he arrives in the door, demands we go to the room and talk about it, he pins me to the bed, calls me all sorts of names, gets rough with me and won't let me leave the room. I eventually slap him across the face, and run out tell his parents i'm scared of him, even though the heard the shouting and did nothing... All they do is tell me to sleep on the couch, I cry all night and in the morning everyone acts like NOTHING HAPPENED..

As you can imagine the whole 2 years of our relationship was just a barrel of laughs, way more to tell but just realised that one was a bit long, sorry

:rolleyes:Yeah you're right there.. and you haven't heard the half of it, like some of the other women posting here I could write a book on this fellas bastardism..

    On a lighter note.....
a while back met a guy, we went clubbin', great night and we got on brill, he came back to mine, etc...
Only the next morning I got up to make us tea and a few minutes later he came out dressed and acting a bit dodgy or embarassed, he made his excuses and left..
I kinda wondered what was up with him.

Was cleaning the bedroom a while later and realised the reason he had been so off was he had 'misplaced' his jocks and had to go home commando...:p

worst relationship was with my first ever boyfriend (& sexual partner) i was 17, we were together for 9 months and up to the last two it was great saw he wen i wasnt working got loads of present etc...but come the 7th month after my 18th brithday he was acting funny and i didnt get to see him as much anymore then one day he just stopped calling about a month after i found out i wasnt the only girlfriend he had there was two others and the ONLY reason he stop seeing me was because one of the girls had his baby!!!!

also was seeing a guy for a few months we never went out any where just stayed in his house and i wasnt aloud to say a word wen he was on the phone as eventually i coped on and asked he wat was going on he refused to answer saying i was a physco and i wouldnt let him be and he kicked me out of his house at half 12 at night with no cash and no way of getting home he lived on the north side of town and i live in south dublin

not fun trying to get home!!

I was out one night, having a few drinks with the girls in a karaoke bar.
Four of us at the table, just chatting amongst ourselves.

This drunk guy, around our age, came over and started chatting to me - wasn't my type, but I chatted away, to be nice.

The girls obviously weren't comfortable with him being there, as he was interupting our ladies' night, yet He stood beside our table for the best part of an hour offering me drinks, asking for my number, despite me refusing and politely telling him I was with someone.

    The girls would try to get back to our talk, and he'd randomly interupt and make the most bizarre conversation;

"So, do you drive? I like you, so I'll sell you a car for cheap! Whatever one you want. I own my own garage" - He then gave me his business card.

'American Pie' came on and he whispered to me "I hate this song ... They played it at my mum's funeral"

Then he told "I have no trust for women"
    "Why not" I asked
"Because my girlfriend of three years and my best friend have just run off together - I bought her a car, a house ..."

I felt very sorry for him, and embarrassed, that he was telling me, as I wasn't sure how to react.

Then he told me his uncle was in prison in connection with Veronica Guerin's death ... for providing the hitman with the gun! :/

I'm not sure if he was trying to impress me, let his guard down, or what, but it was a very awkward evening!

Ok, so I'm new around here. To be honest I've only really discovered this forum but I think it's absolutely class, so I'll be staying, sorry. :D

Anyway....this thread (among others) is completely _fascinating_ and I'm making my way through it very slowly. I've to go training now, but I just had to add these....
The (seemingly lovely)guy who dated me for 4 months but omitted to mention that he was engaged. His fiancee was travelling for a few months with some friends, She arrived back and the day before he was home he told me the whole story and basically told me to f**k off for myself.

    Holy sh*t!
