500 People on waiting list this year.

Yeah heard that too. 400 out of 900 got places on campus. They also said on average they're expecting 100 places to become available through drop outs etc, but the waiting list is random selection too.

Tbh, I'm coming around to the idea of Shanowen square next year. I've got my application in and from talking to them I should be ok getting a place. It's fairly expensive but it's sounds like the better of the two Shanowen places.

    Anythings better than Larkfield anyway!

Room inspections 5 weeks ago, this week, and in four weeks time when we leave.

I don't understand, are you saying you think they shouldn't check our rooms for damage/cleanliness after we've left before they're rented for the summer?

Or maybe just that they should keep to their own terms&conditions, which they seem fond of relying on when it comes to getting money out of students; "Housekeeping inspections will be carried out approximately every 6 weeks."

Where did you see that there's inspections before our lease finishes?
