Lads and ladies, how miserable do you have to be to come in here and slate a woman who JUST died of a horrible illness, just so you can feel a little better about yourself? She left behind 2 little children and on today of all days.

how long do people reckon it'll be before the press turn on the husband? the rumours are that the various tabloids are collecting and storing a not so flattering bunch of stories about the man. probably build him up for a while (grieving husband and father etc.), then go to town on him

She died of a terrible disease that kills millions. Cancer makes it hard to die with dignity, families watch as the person they love becomes unrecognisable as they are taken over by the disease. She had the best intentions for her sons when she let those cameras into the last moments of her life which were probably filled with pain, fear and helplessness.

It's disturbing that this is what media reporting has come to.

The facts are she was a human being who died way to young, and there are many people who are in pain and grief today. Our sympathies should go out to them, the same as to the family of anyone else who dies.

Its sad.

I never liked Jade Goody, in fact I often wished bad things on her because of the racism incident and how she seemed to just be a huge attention seeker, but she died today and I do feel a bit bad for wishing bad things on her. As it has been said she had 2 young sons and they have no mother now.

She was just a mixed up immature person. It is sad she died because of her kids, and let's take a positive from it, a POSITIVE positive, cancer awareness has been raised tenfold in out generation!!

RIP Jade in life you were a gargantuan ass (both literally and figuratively) but I guess I have to "respect" the dead.

May I also take this time to say RIP Saddam, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini. Sure you were dicks in life but I never got around to showing my respects. This thread has taught me that people are forgiven of whatever life they live when they die.

(Hmm. Or is it only when they die young, Jeez I hope I didnt get it wrong)

Horrible to hear a young mother has died on Mother's Day. Hopefully her kids will have the support and guidance to see them through a difficult time.

There are some horrible people in the world and some of them have been posting in this thread, though it's very easy to hide behind a keyboard.

Ah cmon now, the stuff written here today isnt going to dissappear in afew weeks time.

Think about those kids typing their mothers name into google and seeing some of the stuff written on this thread. Id be absolutely crushed.

Rest in peace,cancer is a huge mystery even in this day and age,hopefully her plight will raise even more awareness of cervical cancer among women.
Feel for her kids too,hope themedia leaves them alone, wouldn't hold my breath though:mad:
